Simple smoothie to enjoy the flavour and health benefits of ground flaxseed
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 15-25 g Ground Flaxseed (linseed) approx. 1-2 heaped Tablespoons
- 1-2 Handfuls Berries, any, fresh or frozen
- 1 Cup Milk, any
- 1 dash Cinnamon powder optional
Instructions
- 1. Place ingredients in blender and whiz. Enjoy
