Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis
The OMS recovery program is seven-step plan, the centre of which is a plant-based wholefood diet that avoids other cooking oils and all saturated fats but includes 20-40ml of cold-pressed linseed (flaxseed as it is known in North America) oil devised by Dr George Jelinek at its centre. It has a great following all round the world. It is based on extensive scientific research.
This is a simple healthy diet and can be just the thing when you need a bit of guidance to recover your health.
