Linseed smoothie
Smoothies are a great way of enjoying linseed for the whole family. Brimming with omega-3 and tummy friendly fibre.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Flax Farm cold-pressed linseed oil
- 25 g Flax Farm ground linseed
- 1 Small Banana or stoned peach or nectarine
- 250 ml orange juice
- 60 g raspberries or other berries fresh or frozen (optional).
- 100 g natural yoghurt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Notes
Optional extras: 100g tofu, a slice of fresh ginger, a handful of spinach leaves, cinnamon powder or vanilla extract.
