Quick and Easy Gluten-Free Bread
This is an easy, quick vegan, saturated fat-free wheat-free, gluten-free, grain-free bread. You can make it muffin shaped or if you use a larger bowl it can be cut into 2 slices which are useful for a sandwich.
Healthy Free-From Bread
Grain-free, low GI. high fibre. rich source protein and omega-3 and suitable for most free-from diets.
2 Minute Flax Bread (Vegan)
Ingredients
- 2 heaped tablespoons Flax Farm Gold Ground Linseed (flax) or ground bronze linseed
- 12 g Gram/chickpea/besan flour
- 50 ml Water
- 1 small pinch Salt
- 1 pinch baking powder
Instructions
- Weigh all ingredients into a suitable muffin mould or bowl and mix well.
- Bake in microwave for 2 minutes on full power or about 10 minutes in a conventional oven at about 180, but time depends a bit on the shape of the bred you make and how thick it is so to a degree play it by eye..
