Dispatch Policy
We aim to dispatch your parcel within one working day of receiving your order although sometimes it may take longer. We are committed to delivering the freshest stock so we only produce stock to match our predicted demand. Sometimes we get busier than expected; we then have to make stock to meet orders; in which case it can take an extra couple of days to send your order out. If your requirement is very urgent please let us know and we will do everything we can to get your order to you in time.
If your order includes a product we don’t make ourselves which is out of stock, we may send out the items that are in stock and send the missing item later at no extra charge.
As standard we use Streetwise Couriers (APC) and DPD Couriers for all orders. If you would prefer us to use Royal Mail please write a note in the order comment box at checkout.

In order to get the most reliable shipping at the best price we use a variety of couriers for shipping our products. If you prefer us to use the Royal Mail for your order please write a note in order comment box at checkout.
Highlands & Islands
Exceptions to table below: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands are all sent via our courier service at £11.90+VAT. Please allow two to three days for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands and allow at least a week for Channel Islands who have extra export documentation in place and longer/specific days for delivery.
