Dairy-free and Vegan Butter
This looks almost just like ordinary butter and spreads from the fridge; this version is great for sweet and savoury use. It’s really easy to make. Great on bread, crackers toast or veg. Good in any baking but don’t grill or fry with it.
Healthy Butter Alternative

Vegan Butter
Ingredients
- 100 g coconut oil just melted
- 50 ml Flax Farm Cold-Pressed Linseed (Flaxseed) Oil
Instructions
- Place linseed oil in a suitable bowl in the fridge.
- When linseed oil cool add the coconut oil which just warm enough so that when you add it stays liquid long enough to mix it.
- Once mixed place in the fridge to become solid. then use and enjoy just like ordianry butter.
