Dr Mosley's Flax Smoothie Recipe

Simple smoothie to enjoy the flavour and health benefits of ground flaxseed
Prep Time 5 minutes
Course Breakfast, Dessert, Drinks, Main Dish, Smoothie, Snack

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 15-25 g Ground Flaxseed (linseed) approx. 1-2 heaped Tablespoons
  • 1-2 Handfuls Berries, any, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Cup Milk, any
  • 1 dash Cinnamon powder optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place ingredients in blender and whiz. Enjoy

Notes

For extra flavour

Add stevia or sweetener of choice.
Or a little vanilla or ginger fresh or dried.
