These flaxjacks are butter-free, dairy-free, coconut oil-free, saturated fat free, vegan and gluten free with no wheat – and low in sugars/no added sugar. We use no saturated fats, no vegetable oil, shortening, margarine, butter or coconut oil; instead we just use our lovely fresh cold-pressed linseed (flaxseed) oil which is highly unsaturated with Omega 3.
Each slice contains the equivalent of more than 2 teaspoons linseed (flax) oil and of course the benefits of our ground linseed.
