We’ve lost count of the number of people who’ve said they’re the best-tasting flapjacks they’ve ever had.
After 5 years we’ve just about got the message and we are thrilled people like them so much. We’d like to thank our customers for their support, encouragement and suggestions for new flavours. And in case you’re wondering – we love them too… Which are our favourites? We’re still sampling them to make up our minds!

Our Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are simply flapjack-type cakes made from lots of our lovely freshly ground linseed meal. Now we have made them with gluten-free oats and coconut oil so people on special diets can enjoy them too.

Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are naturally gluten-free. Mixed Flaxjacks® have no butter and less sugar than ordinary flapjacks. To make them even healthier they have two dessert-spoons of freshly ground linseed in each cake so you get a powerful daily helping of omega-3 and fibre.
