It’s sugar-free you can sweeten it with honey, maple syrup, stevia or other sweetener. If you want to add salt you can choose your favourite. It’s saturated fat-free.

Simply scrummy linseed-nut butter
Ingredients
- 100 g Flax Farm Ground Linseed (Flaxseed) Gold or bronze
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 3.5 Tablespoons Flax Farm Cold-Pressed Linseed (Flaxseed) Oil or 50-60g
- 1-2 Tablespoons runny honey or other sweetener equivalent
- 1-2 Tablespoons Water If you use less honey or sweetening make up the amount with water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Leave a few seconds and spread on bread, crackers or toast.
- Store in fridge for up to a week.
