Ingredients
  

  • 2 heaped tablespoons Flax Farm Gold Ground Linseed (flax) or ground bronze linseed
  • 12 g Gram/chickpea/besan flour
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 small pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Weigh all ingredients into a suitable muffin mould or bowl and mix well.
  • Bake in microwave for 2 minutes on full power or about 10 minutes in a conventional oven at about 180, but time depends a bit on the shape of the bred you make and how thick it is so to a degree play it by eye..
