Baked Bean Hummus, a creamy, tasty dip made with Flax Farm Flaxseed Oil

Elevate baked beans into a tasty dip that is a health-food rich in omega-3, vitamin C, vitamin E, phytonutrients and garlicky goodness.

Equipment

  • A blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • A large can of baked beans, drained
  • 2 Tbs Flax Farm Flaxseed Oil
  • 2-3 Tbs Tahini Cashew, almond or and nut or seed butter, even peanut butter
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Scant tsp ground cumin or similar Optional
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green coriander or parsley

Instructions
 

  • Place in processor and blend.
  • Serve with crudities, bread or crackers.
