Ingredients
  

  • 1 heaped tablespoon Flax Farm Ground Flax
  • Milk any
  • Berries any
  • a dash of cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in blender and whiz. Enjoy

Just blend milk (any) ground flaxseed (gold looks nicer)berries and a dash of cinnamon.
